The Dungeon Master’s Guide was the second book that Lucas purchased upon the release of the rulebooks for the 2024 edition of Dungeons and Dragons. He has been playing DND since he was roughly 13 years old. When asking Lucas why he purchased this book in particular, opposed to sticking to the things he has known and using free online resources, he said, “I probably could’ve just stuck to online resources, but in the end, I am a big fan of physically opening the book and learning from it that way, because that was how I learned.”
